All INFINITY-Series cameras are now Mac OS 10.4 compatible and a plug-in is available. 

The INFINITY-series of digital microscopy cameras offer resolutions from 1.3Mpx
up to 21Mpx - including a low-light Peltier-cooled model ... all are equipped with a fast USB2.0 conection to your computer. Included with every camera is our INFINITY Analyze software, which offers numerour control elements for the camera, as well as morphometric 2D measuring functions, annotation functions and much more.

This application is a real-time, interactive application designed specifically for all methods of microscopy - bright/dark-field, phase-contrast, DIC, polarization, fluorescence/low-light and other applications.

 Our INFINITY Analyze software allows the user:

Multiple decimation modes and averaging make all microscopy cameras very flexible, all within an intuitive interface. ImageAnalyze software also includes a fully functional TWAIN interface that can be used with many 3rd party software applications. Combining excellent image quality with ease of use makes our LUMENERA Infinity-series cameras an excellent choice of cameras for microscopy, espcecially where extreme resolution and low-light capabilities are required.

To use the capabilities of the cameras to their full extend and to mount the cameras on your microscope securely and free of vibrations, we reommend the use of an Optical Coupler, with an industry-standard C-mount or F-mount, depending on the camera type, for high-performance image rendition. Our LUMENERA Infinity3 - Peltier-cooled and non-cooled CCD USB2.0 digital cameras are designed as highly effective solution for low-light and ultra-low-light microscopy imaging applications - i.e. fluorescence, dark-field and similar applications - where high sensitivity and excellent colour rendition are a must.

The purpose designed Peltier-cooling of the sensor reduces, respective eliminates electronic dark current and noise, to render even the darkest features bright and rich in contrast and to capture those images with relatively short expo-sures. Included in the software are control functions for Auto White Balance, full Exposure Control, Cooling ON/OFF, Programmable Gain, live Image Control of Brightness, Hue, Colour and Contrast.
